Its great location makes this neighborhood desirable, just 11 minutes from Woman's Hospital, and close to various grocery stores like Rouses, Winn Dixie, and Walmart Super Center. In a ten-mile radius, you can find various restaurants and dry cleaners, along with gas stations on the corner of Hoo Shoo Too and Jefferson. This lovely neighborhood is also easy for commuters as it is close to Airline Hwy and I-10. The homes have either 3 or 4-bedroom floor plans, and the square footage of these homes vary from 1400-1700.
