Once we found the right place, she navigated me through the buying process with ease and put together a great offer that landed the house I wanted, for a price well within my budget. The house was under contract with another buyer at the time when I pursued it. Robin watched the house like a hawk and when the other buyer backed out, we swooped in and began negotiations.
