Karen has set the bar for all other realtors we will ever use. She was the one who suggested the house we ended up buying, encouraged us to ask for things in negotiation we had never considered, and went above and beyond overseeing the entire process. Karen and her staff organized everything for us, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Even after our sale closed, she still continue to work and managed the final pieces so we didn’t have to do it from out of state. Our family loved her so much, my youngest name renamed her teddy bear, Karen.

Karen and her team did a fabulous job with the sale of our investment house. We used Robby for the purchase of our home and used Karen for the sale of it. They both are phenomenal agents with an abundance of knowledge. We ended up selling our home for over asking price just 2 weeks after being on the market. The closing process was smooth and I never once had anything to worry about with Karen in our corner. Mrs. Karen has been the absolute best at helping me buy my house, sell my house and guiding me through every step.
