Mrs. Stacie was aware of the type of residence I have been in the market for and has kept me in the loop for years now on possible homes I'd be interested in. I've also went to her for advice in the past associated with homes on and/or around the Tickfaw river area and she has always been a reliable resource for me, even when she was not receiving any benefit from the help and assistance she provided. Highly recommend her as a local real estate agent for anyone trying to buy / sell property around the Tickfaw river area.

My home sold quickly and Stacie stayed on top if the loan and title companies to insure a smooth Act of Sale. She took care of all the inspections so that I did not have to be present and often gave me sound advice on things that needed to be done. Very professional and easy to work with.

Stacie was amazing. It took months to get our paperwork together and meet all of the requirements from our lenders but Stacie was very patient and was always willing to work with us.

When dad passed away, I asked Stacie to help our family sell his home as we mourned his loss. Stacie put his house on the market and within a few hours she was showing the place to a potential buyer. The next day we received an offer from the buyer. After a little bit of negotiation, the buyer accepted our counter offer and bought my dad’s place. In short, my dad’s place was sold within a 24hr period. If I ever sale another home, I will contact Stacie to sale it for me. She treated us like family and was always willing to assist. Stacie was an exceptional agent. I tried to Sell FSBO for several months prior to going to an agent. After her initial review of the property, she felt the home could sell within a 6-8 week period. She worked to have open house showings, agent showings, etc; the house sold within the time she originally said. Stacie answered all phone calls and worked to help on the closing with anything ask of her. I would highly recommend her professionalism to anyone.
